Kendra was referred to one of our programs four different times. The first three times she was not successful. The fourth time was different; she called us and asked if she could come back. We had an opening in our residential program, and we admitted Kendra and her little girl the next day. This time Kendra's attitude was different, and her willingness to participate in the program had grown.
